How To: Create a POD

Creating a Proof of Delivery document with ezPOD is super simple and straightforward.

The video above goes into every detail needed to create your first POD, but the basic steps are:

1. Create a Zone (e.g. Customer or Plat/Community).
2. Create a Project within that Zone. This is the delivery destination (e.g. “Lot 1”).
3. Click “Create POD”.
4. Select the Project.
5. Add a POD description and PO number.
6. Add the materials and quantities (optionally use AI to digitize your existing PODs).

That’s it! Seriously, the whole thing takes less than a minute, depending on the materials you’re delivering.
